Barratt Behaviour Change Consultancy (BBCC) is the trading name of Nick Barratt Behaviour Change Consultancy LTD, a limited company registered in England and Wales. Our Company Number is 12299108.

The personal information we collect and how we use it

If you have submitted a contact form, we ask for details such as your name, email address and the reason for contacting us. We only store and process your data so that we can respond to your enquiry.

If you have joined the Applied Behaviour Analysis Forum’s mailing list, we collect your name, email address, and, if you choose to supply it, certificant number. We process the information that you have given us to communicate with you about the field of behaviour analysis, and to provide you with Continuing Education Units for attending Applied Behaviour Analysis Forum events.

How we get the personal information

Most of the information we process is provided to us directly by you.

Electronic records are stored on a password protected computer with an encrypted hard drive, and backed up on an encrypted cloud-based service.

We will retain your data until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe from the Applied Behaviour Analysis Forum’s mailing list. We will delete your information if we learn that it is incorrect.
